Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our mobile car detailing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

We provide professional mobile car detailing services including but not limited to interior cleaning, exterior washing, ceramic coating, paint correction, mold removal, odor elimination, and stain removal. All services are performed at the customer's location.

Service descriptions and pricing are provided as estimates and may be subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of booking.

Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. Access to water and electricity may be required for certain services.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods
• A convenience fee may apply for certain payment methods
• Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition and size
• Late payment fees may apply for invoiced services not paid within 30 days

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service
• Disclose any pre-existing damage or special conditions
• Ensure the vehicle is in a safe, accessible location
• Provide accurate contact information for service coordination
• Be present or designate a representative during service

Service Limitations

The following services are NOT included unless specifically requested and agreed upon:

• Removal of vehicle seats or panels
• Clean-up of bodily fluids or biohazardous materials
• Repair of mechanical or electrical issues
• Removal of permanent stains or damage
• Services on vehicles in extreme unsanitary conditions

Liability and Warranty

We take great care in providing quality services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
• Damage to aftermarket accessories or modifications
• Items left in the vehicle
• Wear and tear on aging or damaged materials
• Results on heavily soiled or damaged vehicles

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours for a re-detail or resolution.

Service Area

We service specific geographic areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Please contact us to confirm service availability in your area.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our company and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Regulatory Disclosure — Mold & Flood Services

713 Steam Inc. provides vehicular interior cleaning services including mold treatment, odor elimination, and flood-damage cleanup exclusively on automotive interiors. These services are performed on personal property (vehicles) and do not constitute structural mold remediation or residential/commercial mold abatement as defined under the Texas Mold Assessment and Remediation Rules (TMARR, 25 TAC §§295.301 et seq.), which govern work on buildings and structures.

No Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) mold remediation license is required for automotive interior cleaning under current Texas law. All treatments use EPA-registered, commercial-grade anti-microbial products applied by trained technicians.
